IV ACTIVE Treatment Guarantee

At IV ACTIVE, your health, comfort, and peace of mind are our top priorities. Our team of licensed and highly experienced registered nurses specializes in IV therapy and emergency medicine, ensuring safe and professional care with every treatment.

Vein Access Guarantee

Our nurses will make up to two attempts to access a vein. If we are unable to establish IV access after two attempts, you will not be charged for the treatment.

We are committed to delivering safe, effective, and professional IV Therapy services. While every individual responds differently to IV Hydration and Vitamin Therapies, we stand behind the quality of our care and customer experience.

Medical Screening, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Medical Screening: New clients must complete a non-refundable $30 medical health screening prior to their first treatment. The $30 screening charge is required annually and remains valid for one year.
• Cancelations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you reschedule, your medical screening fee will be applied to your new appointment. If you cancel without rescheduling, you will be charged the $30 medical screening fee at time of cancellation. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% appointment fee will also be charged at time of cancellation.
• Refunds: Medical Screening fees are non-refundable. Treatments that are successfully administered are non-refundable. If IV access cannot be established by a nurse during your appointment, you will not be charged for your medical screening or IV treatment for that appointment.
